Appendix 2 to the novel “Chronicles of Fire and Steel” — technical notes.

Things.

In music, people usually talk about sound.
Less often — about the people who create it.
But almost never about the things.

And yet, things are sometimes the most honest witnesses of history.

                 StahlCraft Guitars.

An instrument cannot lie.
It simply preserves what was вложено into it: an idea, a mistake, an experiment — sometimes an entire era.

Many of the guitars appearing in this book were described in too much detail for a literary narrative. That is why their technical side has been moved here, into a separate section.

This is not a catalog and not a museum.
Rather, it is a working archive of the workshop: notes on materials, construction and acoustic ideas from which Metallherz instruments were born.

Some of them exist as one-of-a-kind pieces.
Some were only experiments.
And some are still waiting for their time — in blueprints and sketches.

Sometimes sound begins exactly here.
With wood, metal, and a few millimeters of precise calculation.

Sport (Bodybuilding).
